All products offered in our online store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove products without prior notice. Product images are illustrative and may not exactly match the final product.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). The shipping cost will be detailed before completing the purchase and may vary depending on the delivery address.
4. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, you must select the desired product, add it to your cart, and fill in the form with the required information. By confirming the order, the customer declares that the information provided is true and complete.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via virtual POS, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and in-store pickup. The order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship via a transport company within in Spain (you can specify whether this includes only mainland Spain or also the Balearic/Canary Islands).
The delivery time is between 24 and 48 working hours (mainland) from the confirmation of purchase and payment.
During special dates or promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased demand.
The order will be considered delivered once the courier has handed the product over to the customer. The customer must check the product upon delivery and report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receipt.
7. Return Policy
As these are consumer goods, returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to contact our customer service team and arrange a return or exchange. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
gazedrink.com will not accept returns if the product is not in perfect condition, in its original packaging and sealed.
